Privacy Policy
Optional resource measurement
We use Supabase to measure visits to public pages, use of our free tools, lesson and resource opens, signup steps, the first saved campaign, contact or note, and an eligible new account’s first saved dated label task. This measurement stores a random session identifier, page paths, a broad traffic source and a recognized campaign name. It does not include your draft text, email address, full referring URL, URL query or IP address in the measurement tables. Our hosting and authentication providers may maintain separate operational logs.
A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The first traffic source is kept in this browser for up to 30 days. Confirmed-account and first-action milestones are linked to your account to avoid counting them twice and are removed when the account is deleted. Measurement records are retained for reviewing product growth; opting out stops future collection and clears measurement storage in this browser.
We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Tool inputs stay on the current page unless you copy or download them.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Airtrax (\"Airtrax,\" \"we,\" \"our,\" or \"us\"), operated at airtrax.io. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services (collectively, the \"Services\").
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you register, use our Services, or contact us, including:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Payment and billing information (processed securely via third-party payment processors; we do not store raw card numbers)
Account credentials and preferences
Any communications you send us (e.g., support requests)
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our Services, we may automatically collect:
IP address and approximate geographic location
Browser type, device platform, and device information
Pages visited, clickstream data, and time spent on pages
Referring URLs and search terms
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party sources such as payment processors, analytics providers, and social media platforms if you connect your account to those services.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To provide, operate, and maintain our Services
To process transactions and send related billing communications
To create and manage your user account
To send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, receipts, security alerts)
To send promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)
To respond to your comments, questions, and requests
To monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our Services
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, and illegal activity
To comply with applicable legal obligations
To enforce our Terms of Service
Our legal bases for processing your information (where applicable under GDPR) include: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our Services (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics providers). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Airtrax, our users, or the public.
Label Collaboration: Joining a label reveals your account email and assigned role to its members. The label owner can see all label-connected records; other members see records within their assigned access. Your personal Notebook, Calendar, contacts, campaigns, and Asset Locker remain private unless you connect selected records. Connected records show their current contents. Removing a connection or leaving the label stops future access through that connection; records created in the shared label workspace remain with the label. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled. Revenue models use the accessible label records to generate estimates and do not establish that an event caused a revenue change.
With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your prior consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., financial transaction records for tax purposes, which we may retain for up to 7 years).
6. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience on our Services. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:
Essential Cookies: Necessary for the Services to function correctly (e.g., session authentication).
Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with our Services (e.g., Google Analytics).
Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences.
Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertising (if applicable).
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Services. Where required by law (e.g., under GDPR or ePrivacy rules), we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
8. Your Rights – European Union / EEA Users (GDPR)

Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making: Not be subject to decisions made solely by automated means that produce legal or significant effects.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@airtrax.io. We will respond within 30 days of receipt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) and/or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
