AirTrax is a workspace for organizing music assets alongside contacts and release campaigns. Store files and links with clear names and project context, so an approved master or press photo is easier to find when it is time to deliver or pitch a release.

Separate working files from approved deliverables
Give each release an identifiable name, then distinguish demos, mix revisions, approved masters, artwork, and promotional files. Avoid calling every export “final.” A filename such as Artist_Track_Mix_v03.wav communicates a different purpose from Artist_Track_Master_Approved.wav.
Keep your original production sessions and a separate backup. A project workspace helps retrieval, but should not be the only copy of your music. Confirm file specifications with your engineer or distributor instead of assuming a universal format.
A small asset register you can maintain

Check access before sending a pitch
AirTrax account files are private. Attaching an asset to an outreach workflow is not the same as granting a recipient permanent access to your account. Test the exact listening or download link you plan to send from a signed-out browser and use permissions appropriate to that material.
AirTrax does not provide audio watermarking, copyright registration, digital rights management, or a guarantee against leaks. Keep control of sensitive files and confirm permissions with the service hosting any external share link.
Can AirTrax replace my DAW?
No. Create and edit music in your DAW. Use AirTrax to organize the business and release materials around that work.
Does storing a file establish copyright ownership?
No. A storage record does not establish ownership or replace an agreement or registration process. Keep the relevant rights documentation separately.
