Find the people who can help you make your next move.

AirTrax includes a music industry contact directory for independent artists. Browse contacts by role and category, save notes and favorites, and use outreach templates when you find a relevant person. The directory sits alongside the academy, playbooks, monetization guides, resource library, and workspace tools.

What can you find in the contact directory?

A useful contact record answers three questions: who is this person, why are they relevant to this release, and what should happen next? Use the directory as a starting point, then verify each person’s current role and submission details.

  • Role and category: producer, engineer, curator, designer, videographer, or press.
  • Relevant context: sound, previous conversation, and why the project fits.
  • Relationship status and notes that remain specific to your account.
  • A next action in your release plan or calendar.

Turn a contact list into a release workflow

Start with one release and a short, relevant shortlist. Search or filter contacts by category, open each record, and save the context you would otherwise lose in a DM. Add the people involved to the campaign and prepare an individual pitch using an outreach template.

When a contact replies, update the status and notes. If no reply arrives, review the person’s stated submission policy before following up. AirTrax helps organize the work; you still choose the recipient, review the message, and send it through your email app.

When is a spreadsheet enough?

A spreadsheet is a reasonable starting point for a small list with occasional outreach. AirTrax becomes useful when contacts need to stay connected to release tasks, files, and repeated follow-ups. Try one campaign before moving your entire process.

Does AirTrax send emails automatically?

No. AirTrax prepares template-based outreach and opens your email app. Review the recipient, message, and linked assets before sending.

Does the built-in directory guarantee a response?

No. Directory access does not imply a relationship, endorsement, current availability, or permission to send bulk email. Verify relevance and submission instructions yourself.
